We have the following spaces available for rent:
Café space
Our cozy café has a living room feel, where guests immediately feel at ease and comfortable. We different types of games and instruments in the room, which help to break the ice and provide fun and relaxation during events. The space is very central, right next to The Hague Central Station, and clearly visible from the street, so anyone can easily find it. We serve food and drinks for your event from the bar at our entrance.
- Up to 45 people seated and up to 60 people standing
- TV/Beamer, flipover & whiteboard present
- Can be converted in empty space or presentation set-up
- Table tennis, pool and board games present
- Base rent: €195 for the first hour and €95 per hour after that. This is for the entire cafe outside of regular opening hours. Inside opening hours, depending on the day and time, a surcharge may apply. Discount are possible for certain groups or types of events.
Meeting Room
Great for meetings, workshops and smaller events. Your private, intimate space, but still feel connected to the main café through the large window.
– Up to 15 people seated at table, up to 20 people seated without table.
– TV/Beamer, flipover & whiteboard present
– Seating arrangement or empty room possible
– Base price: €85 first hour, then €35 per hour. Discount are possible for certain groups or types of events.
Add-ons
Food & drinks:
- Basic coffee/thee/lemonade on the table (for meetings): €2 per person per hour
- Unlimited coffee/tea/soda/beer/wine from the bar: €6 per person per hour
- Cheese/olives/crisps on the table: €4.50 per person.
- Round of bitterballen or mini empanadas: €8 per person.
- Pizza to share: €9 per person.
- Catered lunch & dinner is possible upon request.
- Want to bring your own food? We charge a corkage fee.
Beamer: €40 per day
Flipchart: €20 per day
Games: €2.50 per person to use all of our board games, ping pong, mini pool and dart board.
All prices are exclusive of VAT.
Discounted rates
For certain types of activities we can provide discounted rates:
- Repeated activities (e.g. every week, every month)
- Non profit / volunteer organisations
- Activities that can be interesting to our members
