Wat gaan we doen?
We geven een korte presentatie over DLC en daarna laten we je de DLC-community ervaren tijdens een gezellige bordspellenavond. Ontdek onze filmclub, boekenclub, art club, bordspellenavonden, cursussen en nog veel meer!
Planning
- 19:00 – Deur open, rondkijken en kennismaken
- 19:30 – Korte presentatie over DLC
- 19:45 – Ice breaker activiteit
- 20:00 – Bordspellen spelen, of proefles voor de totale beginners!

Je hoeft alleen jezelf mee te nemen!
Locatie
Dutch Language Café is in juni 2024 verhuisd naar het centrum van Den Haag! Ons adres is Herengracht 13A, op slechts 5 minuten lopen van Den Haag Centraal!
Kosten
Het evenement is €5, of gratis voor leden! Drankjes en snacks zijn te koop aan de bar.
Nederlands Niveau
Tijdens het evenement spreken we zoveel mogelijk Nederlands. Maak je geen zorgen als je Nederlands niet perfect is; we spreken langzaam en helpen elkaar! Tijdens dit evenement is een beetje Engels ook ok :)
Native Speakers
Is Nederlands je moedertaal? Dan ben je natuurlijk ook van harte welkom! Voor Nederlanders is DLC ook erg leuk. Je ontmoet nieuwe mensen, speelt leuke spellen, leert nieuwe hobby’s, en het is gewoon erg gezellig! Daarnaast ben je ook nog eens goed bezig omdat je anderen kan helpen met je taal!

What will we do?
We will give a short presentation about DLC, and afterwards, we’ll let you experience the DLC community during a cozy board games evening. Discover our film club, book club, cooking club, art club, board games nights, and much more!

- 19:00 – Doors open, look around and meet people
- 19:30 – Short presentation about DLC
- 19:45 – Icebreaker activity
- 20:00 – Play board games, or a taster lesson for total beginners!
What to bring?
You only need to bring yourself!
Location
Dutch Language Café moved to the center of The Hague in June 2024! Our address is Herengracht 13A, just a 5-minute walk from The Hague Central Station!
Cost
The event is €5 for non-members or free for members! Drinks and snacks are available for purchase at the bar.
Dutch Level
We will speak as much Dutch as possible during the event. Don’t worry if your Dutch is not perfect; we speak slowly and help each other! A bit of English is also okay during this event :)
Native Speakers
Is Dutch your native language? You are of course also very welcome! DLC is also great fun for Dutch people. You meet new people, play fun games, learn new hobbies, and it’s just very cozy! Additionally, you are doing a good deed by helping others with your language!
