Boulderen/Bouldering
Heb je altijd al eens willen ervaren of boulderen iets voor jou is, of ben jij al een natuurtalent? Boulderen wordt steeds populair en het is nu zelfs een olympische sport. Het maakt niet uit of je al regelmatig in een sportschool staat, of gewoon weer wilt gaan sporten. Boulderen is heel laagdrempelig en dat maakt het allemaal nou net zo leuk!
Wat gaan we doen?
Wij gaan op zaterdag 5 februari 2022 bij Boulderhal Walhalla boulderen. Voor het eerst boulderen? Geen probleem! We kunnen elkaar helpen met tips en samen probeer de juiste oplossing te vinden voor de boulders. Daarna kunnen we ontspannen en een drankje halen in de bar als jullie langer wilt blijven.
Wat is boulderen?
Boulderen doe je op klimwanden van maximaal 4,5 meter hoog. Door de dikke matten onder de wand land je zacht en kan je zonder het volgen van een cursus aan de slag! Het maakt niet uit of je ervaren of beginnend boulderaar bent. Boulderen is voor iedereen!

12:00 – 12:15 boulderen schoenen huren en aandoen
12:15 – ~14:15 boulderen!!
14:30+ mensen die willen, kunnen nog samen een drankje drinken in de leuke bar :)
Wat meenemen?
Draag bij voorkeur gymkleding/comfortabele kleding :)
Boulderen schoenen kun je meenemen of ter plekke huren.
Andere tips: je kan ook fles water nemen.
Nederlands
Boulderen is erg sociaal in vergelijking met andere sporten. Natuurlijk oefenen we tijdens het boulderen met het praten van Nederlands. We proberen langzaam te praten, dus maak je geen zorgens als je Nederlands niveau nog niet zo goed is! Niks is perfect! Wees niet bang om fouten te maken, kom met vertrouwen :)

Have you always wanted to experience bouldering, or are you already a natural? Bouldering is becoming increasingly popular and is now even an Olympic sport. It doesn’t matter if you are already a regular at the gym or if you just want to start exercising again. Bouldering is very accessible and that’s what makes it so much fun!
What are we going to do?
We are going to boulder on Saturday Februari 5 2022 at Boulderhal Walhalla. Bouldering for the first time? No problem! We can help each other with tips and together try to find the right solution for the boulders. Afterwards we can relax and get a drink in the bar if you want to stay longer.
What is bouldering?
Bouldering is done on climbing walls of up to 4.5 meters high. Because of the thick mats under the wall you land softly and you can start without taking a course! It doesn’t matter whether you are an experienced or a novice bouldering climber. Bouldering is for everyone!

12:00 – 12:15 Rent boulder shoes and put them on
12:15 – ~14:15 Bouldering!!
14:30+ people who want, can still have a drink together in the nice bar :)
What to bring?
Preferably wear gym clothes/comfortable clothes :)
Bouldering shoes you can bring or rent on site.
Other tips: you can also take bottle of water.
Dutch
Bouldering is very social compared to other sports. Of course we practice talking Dutch while bouldering. We try to speak slowly, so don’t worry if your Dutch level is not that good yet! Nothing is perfect! Don’t be afraid to make mistakes, come with confidence :)
