DESCRIPTION:Who is this workshop for?\nAny Dutch learner/Dutch native speaker duo that wants to get better at speaking Dutch with each other, for example:\n\nPartners\nFriends\nFamily members\nParent/child (recommended 12 y/o+)\n\nWhat will you learn?\nWe will not focus on more words and grammar. Instead, you learn other skills that help you more confidently speak Dutch to each other!\n\nThe Dutch learner will learn how to control the conversation, communicate creatively and to not care about mistakes.\nThe native speaker will learn how to provide comprehensible input, communicate creatively and how to optimally provide corrections.\nYou both will learn what activities you can do together that are both fun & bonding and help with Dutch.\nIt’s a fun, bonding experience for both of you (expect laughter and joy, not a formal course)\n\nAfter the workshop, not only will you be better at speaking to each other, it will help with speaking to others too!\nMinimum Dutch level\nOpen to any level of Dutch speakers. We will adapt the activities per duo to the Dutch learner’s level, so no worries and come even if you’re a complete beginner!\nTimetable\n12:00 – doors open, come in for a drink\n12:15 – kick-off presentation with tips & techniques\n12:30 – first conversation practice with your duo partner, with tips & coaching from us\n13:15 – break + lunch (mingle with others!)\n14:00 – second conversation practice with your duo partner, with tips & coaching from us\n15:00 – end of activity\nFood & drinks\nIncluded with your ticket is:\n\nTwo drinks (coffee/tea/soda)\nBasic lunch: Soup, Bread, Foccacia and/or Quiche\n\nAdditional drinks/snacks for purchase at the bar.\n
